We supply beams that can be visually strength graded mainly in Oak, but all other Scottish hardwoods available. Price dependant on size and specification. Please call for more information.
We have a range of kiln dried and air dried stock. All kiln dried stock is stored in our moisture controlled containers. Boards may have straight or natural edges. Some boards are straight grained uniform and virtually knot free. Others are full of character with colour variations, grain markings, pips and burrs - ideal for feature pieces. We also have a range of craft wood available for projects needing that unique piece of wood including Elm, Ash, Yew, Lime and Spalted Beech:

We will air hardwoods to the following sizes: 27mm, 32mm, 45mm, 58mm and 60mm with random widths ranging from 150mm-450mm and lengths of 1.8m - 4.2m. We also have a stock of timbers thicker than 65mm - up to 120mm - which are air dry only. Cost depends on both thickness and quality of planks eg. the bigger and better the board the more expensive it will be. All prices exclude VAT.
